The room I received had a persistent bad smell and issues with the air conditioning, making it uncomfortable. The only positive aspect was the location, as it was close to shopping and restaurants. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations for quality.

I had a great stay at Cancun Bay Resort for 9 days. The resort was clean and the atmosphere friendly, making it feel very inviting. The dining options were impressive for a smaller resort, especially with the sushi bar and theme nights. While the activities were enjoyable, I found the room service charge of $5 for delivery a bit excessive. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation, and I can't wait to come back again!
